All items are sent within 2 working days of ordering. All orders under £40.00 are sent via First class delivery orders over £40.00 are sent first class recorded delivery. If you wish to have your order sent guaranteed next day delivery please select send an email to request this further. enquiries@sullee.co.uk
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order we can arrange for your item to be modified and sent back to you. If items are damaged during delivery they can be exchanged for the same item. You can receieve a full refund if you change your mind about your purchase of there or if you are unhappy with your item along as it is within 7 days of purchasing, and the goods are returned.
Custom Made
Each garment is custom made therefore some slight differences may occur from piece to piece. This is normal however if you are unhappy with your item please contact us further at enquries@sullee.co.uk to resolve the issue. Items can be modified to suit the customer please specify before ordering to ensure this is possible.

Payment
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or through an electronic payment account as explained on the order form.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the Goods to you.
