All items are sent within 2 working days of ordering. All orders under £40.00 are sent via First class delivery orders over £40.00 are sent first class recorded delivery. If you wish to have your order sent guaranteed next day delivery please select send an email to request this further.
If you are unhappy with your order we can arrange for your item to be modified and sent back to you. If items are damaged during delivery they can be exchanged for the same item. You can receieve a full refund if you change your mind about your purchase of there or if you are unhappy with your item along as it is within 7 days of purchasing, and the goods are returned.
Each garment is custom made therefore some slight differences may occur from piece to piece. This is normal however if you are unhappy with your item please contact us further at to resolve the issue. Items can be modified to suit the customer please specify before ordering to ensure this is possible.

We may contact you using some of your information you input into our website with regards to order queries (item out of stock or quiries regarding postage etc.) We may sometimes use your information to send out promotional emails or updates about our business. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the Goods to you.
